*1/2 Beef Deposit

Are you looking to fill your freezer with delicious grass-fed and finished beef for your family in 2026? With a $400 non-refundable deposit, you can secure your half beef order and select the month of your choice for delivery or pick-up.

Our price for half beef is $10/lb hanging weight (hot weight after slaughter). Your all-in price will be calculated at the time of butcher, and your deposit will go towards the final price, which will include all standard cut and wrap, butcher fees, and delivery up to 75kms from our farm. Specialty items such as jerky, sausage, burger patties etc. are subject to additional costs due to the extra processing required, and charged at the butcher processing costs only.

An average half beef will hang around 322lbs and provide approximately 210lbs of beef after the dry-age period and processing. For a 322lb half it will cost about $3225. Weight and price will vary so if you would prefer one of the smaller or one of the larger animals of the month please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate. Size of carcass could swing either way by around 20lbs.

Example 1) 300lb hanging weight = 195lbs of beef = $3000

Example 2) 345lb hanging weight = 225lbs of beef = $3450.

All of our beef is grass-fed and finished, never given growth hormones or steroids, and is antibiotic free. It will all be dry-aged for 21 days for maximum tenderness and flavour.

We provide and assist you with completing a butcher's cut-sheet to help select what cuts and options are best for your family and to ensure you are maximizing your investment.

The month you select will be the timeline that your beef order will be ready for delivery or pick-up, and should be ready closer to the end of the month! We are also aiming to open up our brand new farm store and facility by mid-summer and if you choose to pick up your half beef order, you will get $50 to spend in our farm store where you will find farm merch, tallow products, spices, baked goodies and other local products to choose from!
